The common areas (elevator, hallway) smelled like human urine
The staff was very friendly. The shopping near by was great.

The cleanest, with the staff very friendly and helpful, first time there,didn't know that you were there at that property,we'll come back, also tell my family and friends about your hotel,
No coffee machine Wet ceramic cups
The staff was helpful, when you could find them. Often no one at the front desk, and no response to calls for them. The keycards quit working 3 or 4 times in 3 days, and had to be replaced at the front desk. There is no dining area. The front hall serves as the lobby with no seating but a cabinet that in the morning offers coffee, oatmeal, bars of grain, packaged muffins, etc. No hot foods or refrigerated foods.
