Good Was a great time but with horrible service the young lady seemed more to be bothered every time you needed something
Oh well Last time I stayed here I had a few problems this time the stay went extremely well. Except the attitude I received from the front desk

Room was very clean and tidy. Hotel appeared to be short staffed as most hotels are these days. Staff that was there was very helpful. Not much of a free breakfast. But hey, im not stayi g there for the food.
Good place to go especially with kids

Overbooked I arrived late in the evening to learn that the hotel was overbooked. The front desk manager informed me that hotels.com (she said Expedia) should have sent me an email informing me of the situation and offering to assist me in seeking another hotel. I checked my email and saw the message. I would have been very upset if I had been informed that there was not a room for me. A phone call from hotels.com would have been preferable to an email.
