The hotel was fine and the staff was nice. It was a bit difficult to get to from UPitt though - lots of dark, back, and windy roads.

I liked the staff that was on duty when I checked in. She was very helpful! The lock on my door I believe was broken. A few times, I couldn't get in. Then, when the staff on duty the 2nd night came up to help me (after 4 attempts with new cards), she seemed 'put out' that she had to be bothered. She came up (I was on the 3rd floor) and tried but it wouldn't open for her. She finally tried but instead of pushing the handle down, she yanked it up and pushed with her shoulder (and whole body) and opened. She said 'you just have... read more

I don’t know if I was suppose to ask but I didn’t have any room cleaning for the 3 nights I stayed. I’ve never had to ask in any other hotel I have stayed at. Maybe it’s a new thing.
