Staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I always stay here for my trips to Pittsburgh.
Just ok. Hotel corridors were quite dark and unwelcoming. Also, the reservation stated free breakfast but there was none to be found.

Its an ok hotel for the price you pay. To me it felt like more like a motel than a hotel.
