Saw some bug crawling on the ceiling. The chairs looked like they needed cleaning
There was dead bugs in the refrigerator around the magnetic strips. Also, we requested a queen sized bed but we’re given a full size bed instead.

For half of are stay the water was not working in are room

The 1st day of my checking was great. The 2 receptionist, both of those guys were top-notch. They were very friendly, very polite. Just overall good people wish. I can have this experience with every location.
