We did not have hot water for the first day of our stay. The person at the desk did not offer to move us. The second day- still no hot water- we were unable to shower this whole time. We finally went to the front desk to ask to change rooms. They were able to change us. Upon checking out, it would have been nice to receive a discount for the first day. They did not extend that offer to us which did not seem fair. We were generally disappointed with this property.

Okay for the price Hotel was nice but the bed wasn’t comfortable. Everything else was nice. Absolutely worth the value.

COMFORTABLE I enjoy my stay & the pillows & bed was so comfortable after driving for 12 hours.😊
I just needed a place to stay for the night, so this worked. However it was so far off the beaten path, which I was not expecting.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The lobby is depressing when you walk in. Colors are too dark in lobby and hallways. The ugly red needs to go. The rooms could use an upgrade. Unfortunately you can hear everything going on in rooms next door and every step the guests upstairs take. Needs better ventilation so you don’t have to smell what they cooked in the room down the hall. Not always a good smell. Our second nite was a disturbance in the room above ours. Decent Stay for the Price Room was clean but worn. There were small holes in the blanket, and the carpet needs replacing. Staff was friendly and helpful. A decent room for the cost.
