The room smelled like smoke and we were supposedly in a non-smoking room. I chose this Hite specifically for non-smoking and had itchy eyes the entire stay. Spoke w other guest who said same issue and front desk clerk said it’s an issue but nothing can be done.

Clean and pleasant staff. Nothing fancy, but given the price did the job nicely. Although, it would have been nice to have a SMART TV to stream Netflix etc....

Price
We will definitely return here next time we are in Pittsburgh! The beds were COMFY! They don't have carpet in the rooms (carpet in rooms are always ross to me) and the floors were VERY clean, well, everything was clean! The front desk staff were super friendly! Nothing bad to mention! Very pleased!

Staff and service was great. However for as expensive it is a night it should include free wifi and free breakfast (even if it’s danish, coffee and bagels). To many other hotels around there offer the above and are cheaper.
