Happy customer Nice and pleasant stay. Only issue was you only get room service once a week. Other that that is was really nice

Pittsburgh With only one night in the area it is difficult to know what to say. It was a pleasant experience and will most likely stay at another hotel from this chain in future travels.

The location was perfect for me and my family. The only issue that I had with my stay was a prior guest placed several layers of toilet paper on the smoke detector which is a safety issue. I expressed my concern to the front desk and they stated someone would take a look at it. During my stay no one came to my room to remove it. I tried to remove it myself after waiting a day for hotel staff to remove it however it was on the smoke detector like paper mache.
