The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was pretty clean. The counters were dirty though.

the small kitchen area is nice and convenient. the breakfast included is too simple the A/C a bit too loisy

We were called the day before asking if we would be able to switch from a room with two double beds to a room with a queen, with the option of a tumble bed at a discounted rate. We were fine with that. However, when we got there, we had to call the front desk multiple times to have a tumble bead brought up. During the night, I had to go down to the front desk to ask for extra linens, as nobody answered the phone.
