The light in the room didn’t work nor did the microwave work. Mentioned it to staff and they said it will be fixed in the morning and the never fixed anything. I wouldn’t stay here for free. This place needs updated and the hallways smell bad

The room was unsatisfactory. Desk chair was extremely stained, stained bedskirt, ants & roaches. Shower bar was broken.

The room description said queen size bed, it was a deluxe twin. The Tv remote had no back and when we tried to watch Tv, we couldnt turn up the tv. The remote button was broken and no volume button on tv. The hallway smelled like burnt rice and weed. The fridge was leaking.the "continental breakfast" was coffee, stale nutriment bars and oatmeal packs. Never again

No breakfast, room stunk like piss, toilet went flush, dirty floors

Bad Luck This was through no fault of the hotel..They were working on water lines out side of the hotel and lost all water to the facility. There was no water to go to rest room. i had to find another hotel. Now to stop my card from being charged

Horrible place to stay- Avoid at all possible!! It was awful!! Do not come here!!! I left early and they didn’t offer any refund. The springs in the bed was coming out of the bed and make loud noises, there were holes in the walls, the tub had stains in it- the hallway floor were disguising. The service was horrible~ staff were rude!! Stay away!!!! I wouldn’t put my dog in this place!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!!!! It didn’t have anything they say it did. The beautiful picture on the website were false. I lost money.
