Elevator did not work most of time. No silver ware, plates etc.. no hairdryer, no maid service Not my idea of an extended stay. I was only there two days could not imagine if I really had an extended stay

Pictures can be deceiving.. Booked a room for one night based on the area and pictures. The staff was very friendly and helpful.. But the room was not. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke, the smoke alarm detached and hanging by its wires. Marks and stains on the walls and tables.. Overall it was NOT a enjoyable stay and would not return.
Average, ok for business. I was at work from 6am to 8pm so just needed a place to sleep.

My Child Was Tired My daughter had a basketball tournament, we arrives about 2:17pm to the hotel. My daughter needed a shower so that we could go eat, the guy at the front desk informed me that check in wasn't until 3pm. I asked if there was, a restroom in the lobby, so that we could use the bathroom. He informed me that there was not one. Another lady that worked there was walking past. I made a reservation for a "pet friendly" room. I even called the hotel to confirm that I was needing a pet friendly room. When I showed up they didn't have one, so they put me in a smoking room. Yuck! They told me that "Expedia" requested a smoking room! If this is true I will use a different hotel booking agency next time. I think he was lying personally, because he was really a jerk. Not a good value The shower/tub drain was backing up in our room the first morning. We moved to a new room but had to take a queen bed instead of a king. The new room was supposedly non-smoking but smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We were given a $25. refund but had to call Hotels.com ourselves to arrange for the refund. The hotel was minimally maintained, and the breakfast very minimal. The door track of the elevator was filled with dust and debris.

Poor experience The facilities were old and run-down. The description stated there was a continental breakfast...Oatmeal bars and prepackaged muffins (from the grocery store) does not constitute a continental breakfast (in my opinion). The front desk staff did not want to be bothered with assisting with any questions. They seemed inconvenienced when approached.
