Needed a cheap place to stay for the night, even though this was on the low end cost-wise, I still feel like it was too much for the condition of the room. I honestly don't expect much from a room at a low budget hotel, BUT it could at least be clean. The hallways walking up to the room smelled musky and had an obvious odor. The room had noticeable stains on the comforter and the bathroom had hairs in it. I would NOT stay there again and would make me think twice about staying in any extended stay.

Gave away my room. I booked a non-smoking room through hotels.com. When I arrived to check it around 9pm, they said that they did not hold my non-smoking room because i got there after 6pm. It was a difficult week, the room smelled really bad all week, I had a stuffy nose when I woke up on the mornings due to the smell, and all of my clothes needed to be dry cleaned just from being in the room for a week. walking down the hall to my room was depressing too becasue you could hear people coughing behind their doors as you wa... read more

Disappointing - people had smoked in the room, no pillow cases on the flat pillows, sink drained really slow, bedspread was dirty, hair in the shower drain, towels were dingy.

Dirty old hotel Hotel had old bed sheets and smells like garbage. I will never stay here again

One star at best. At $150 per night I would expect a little more. First off, I requested a non-smoking room. Well I got it, but on a smoking floor. Really, there is no difference. The room smelled like smoke. The bathroom had hair in the shower and floor -- definitely missing the attention to detail. No gym. Grab-and-go breakfast -- granola bar & apples/oranges. Simply not worth the price. Spend half the amount and stay at a Motel 6 -- at least you'll have some money for breakfast and dinner. Spend a little more and stay in ... read more

Mais où est la convivialité californienne ? Hotel correspondant à nos attentes en séjour vers chez nos enfants à Concord. Une panne de frigidaire nous a créé de gros soucis de conservation de médicaments( une réparation puis échange du frigo) cela n'a que peu inquiété la direction .Cet hotel est fréquenté essentiellement par des personnes en déplacement professionnel . Confort ok et prix correct pour la Californie . Le petit déjeuner compris est minimaliste ..et , pas de salle de restaurant . Le gros problème est contraireme... read more
