Not a good value The shower/tub drain was backing up in our room the first morning. We moved to a new room but had to take a queen bed instead of a king. The new room was supposedly non-smoking but smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We were given a $25. refund but had to call Hotels.com ourselves to arrange for the refund. The hotel was minimally maintained, and the breakfast very minimal. The door track of the elevator was filled with dust and debris.

Poor experience The facilities were old and run-down. The description stated there was a continental breakfast...Oatmeal bars and prepackaged muffins (from the grocery store) does not constitute a continental breakfast (in my opinion). The front desk staff did not want to be bothered with assisting with any questions. They seemed inconvenienced when approached.

One of the filthiest hotels I have ever stayed at. The only good thing about this hotel is the outside photograph. The hotel is very dirty. Staff is overwhelmed. Be prepared for a line of people at the front desk all complaining about a variety of issues and a team of staff unprepared to help. Eventually you just give up because there are no other hotels in the area. I didnt sleep all night due to the smell of cigarette smoke in my room.

Ok on a budget Bed was very hard. 4 inch gap in curtains so I was up at 5 am with the sun shining in my eyes. Fridge and oven were very old and no utensils, plates or cooking items. Bathroom was fine, no lotion or conditioner. Breakfast was coffee, Apple, orange, muffin, instant oatmeal. Take and go even though bed was uncomfortable I have stayed in more expensive hotels with worse beds. Good price for the area and bear shops and food

Do it yourself service The point of an extended stay is to have the amenities of a home but in a hotel. There was a little kitchen, which was fine, but it didn't have any plates, cups, towels, napkins, etc. When I called to have some basic kitchen supplies I was told they wont deliver it to the room and that I would have to go to the lobby and get it myself. The front desk employee was rude. There isn't an ice machine. I was told to go to the gas station if I want ice. I was so over it when I was leaving in the morning. Wha... read more

Will never stay here again We checked in or tried to check in at about 1:30am after spending the day getting our brother moved to hospice and we were exhausted. The clerk couldn't check us in because the computer was running an audit and we had to wait for the darn thing to be done! How ridiculous is that! The first floor smelled like gasoline, and I ended up on the third floor, half of which is a smoking floor. HA! There is no half, smoke gets EVERYWHERE. My room reeked. Hairs all over the bathroom Pubic hairs were all over the toilet and bath tub! Worst experience ever! I would never stay here again
