Excellent for the price with some caveats. Excellent staff but limited by corporate mandates. Grab and go breakfast was meager but enough. I would recommend not staying more than 6-7 nights as cleaning is only done on your departure unless you pay a housekeeping fee for each cleaning and linen change. Even for the modest nightly fee once a week linen and room cleaning is not too much to ask for a total weekly bill. Rooms are Marriott Courtyard quality and very comfortable.

This location was close to my work. The noise level above me and surrounding me was not ok. Poor breakfast choice. Muffins and coffee, nothing further.

Area felt safe. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchenette but it could use some upgrading. The halls had a smell and carpet was dirty. The “breakfast” was lacking. They had two types of small muffins, coffee, hot chocolate and tea.
