the pool was not open and my children could not have fun, the kitchen utensils told us that they were going to climb in 30min and spent 1h, 30min and they did not raise it and we had to go until the night that we returned to ask for another time.

Meh When I arrived non smoking room was not available but they accommodate with an accessible room. But the place didn't feel like it was being well cared for or managed.

'Location is good and easy to find. The room was large enough. The biggest problem is no amenities - we had to ask for shampoo, conditioner, cups, extra towels, everything. I do not mind that the kitchen does not have dishes and such, but there is a refrigerator and stove, but no towels , no plastic cups for water or coffee, etc. This is less than you get at the cheapest motel!

Make it your own! Strange that there are no soda/water vending machines anywhere? No garbage cans in view in room. reat location in Pleasanton though.
