Room was big. Comfortable bed. Not loud. No ice machine. Have to make your own ice so it’s not convenient.

no phone or tv remote in room. staff brought some in, which were not working, so they brought more that did work

Excellent property and the usual services I have come to love about ESA but perhaps management should try to fix on going malfunctioning heating/cooling units in several rooms. I had to move 3 times to finally find a room with a working heating service. The best part of this property is their front desk staff - they are so genuinely welcoming and responsive. I appreciate the great support from Serena, Cathi and Kammi when I stay over
