Alexa was awesome I wished that check-ins go past 11 PM; until at least midnight. Staff was great with Alexa; she’s wonderful.

Disappointed Poor management. Some overly aggressive Nigerian guy claiming to be upper management came BANGING on my door about noise level complaints. Giving notice is one thing, but to be awoken like that after being away all day coming in to nap on my last night, VERY unprofessional. Those complaints could’ve been dealt with in a more timely fashion. I WAS there for +2 weeks, just sayin...
