Convenient location for my business needs. On arrival, found roaches crawling on kitchen countertop. Mattress very hard and not that comfortable.

It is essentially a cheap apartment with IKEA furniture. No onsite dining, although you can get dollar store coffee, muffins and granola bars “grab and go” style in the morning. While the sheets, surfaces and floors were clean enough, thick dust was on the outlets and the top of the shower wall. It was nice to have a kitchenette with a full sized fridge, you know how you grab the side of the microwave as you use your thumb to open it? Grossly sticky. The property is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants as well as shopping. The cleanliness was inadequate - they can certainly do a better job The staff, however, are warm and responsive
