ask for 2 more pillows as my wife had shoulder surgery. could not get, no more pillows. drain in bath room clog. running slow had to turn water on, then off, till water drain. back door to hotel would not take key to open at night. had to walk to front to get in. check in on Monday and out on Sunday door was still not fix. You have a problem with management.

Room was big. Comfortable bed. Not loud. No ice machine. Have to make your own ice so it’s not convenient.

no phone or tv remote in room. staff brought some in, which were not working, so they brought more that did work
