Hotel is very apt for family with kitchen. But the attitude of front service desk left a lot to be desired; I was turned off from serving dark roast coffee at 9 am when breakfast was available till 9 30 am (Already, there is a limited selection and it is a grab and go breakfast). The front desk person said "I cannot brew a new coffee now and it would get wasted". Excuse me, please provide a definition of customer service?

quiet location, nice room Check in was easy, fast and the desk girl was so polite . Room was clean and nice. Very quiet.

Nice hotel to stay for the price The hotel was nice to stay at although they did put us in a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking room. The hall way smelt so disgusting though. A combination of weed, fish, and something else made it unbearable to walk down. Other than that, room was nice. Continental breakfast was a joke- fruit/granola bars and coffee.

They offer free wifi, but it's largely useless. My room was on the first floor a few feet from the front desk, and the signal to the wifi network was so weak that I could barely connect, and even then I barely had more than 0.5Mbps. I ended up using my cell phone to get a faster Internet connection. The AC in the room was poor. The TV was basic analog cable. There were no trashcans in the room, which was a little weird, especially considering my room had a kitchenette. Otherwise, the room was large and clean.
