Great location, 3rd floor smoky Hotel has smoking rooms... The 3rd floor seems to be where the bulk of the smokers are placed. Recommend if you stay here to ask for floor 1... The staff friendliness varies... For the most part they try to accommodate. If you need extra towels or kitchen accessories be sure to ask at check in... Laundry machines cost $2 to wash and $2 to dry. Only takes quarters and 45 min each
Extremely loud and the non/-smoking rooms smell like smoke and weed. Loud people at all hours and we had a party of 5 and they wouldn’t give us more than 2 towels at a time. Doors don’t close properly so we didn’t feel very safe with the people walking around at all hours and the staff did nothing to help. Housekeeping was nice. Rooms are gross and falling apart.

People who stay there appear to be people who have bad credit and can’t rent a traditional apartment. A lot of people just hanging out in front and in their cars. Most smell like they have been smoking a little something. I did not feel safe at all. And, the rooms were in horrible condition. Large stains on counter, many dents in fridge. Desk falling apart and paint coming off. Furniture was dark colors, the room was not white and bright like shown in the pics. Not a family friendly place. There was no maid service. The breakfast selection was a joke and my shower barely worked.
