Hotelのスタッフはいつも笑顔でとても気持ち良かったでした。 残念だったのはエアコンの温度設定をかなり高めに設定しておかないと動作しなかった事、それに気付くまで時間を要した事程度です。 その他は良かったと思います。

Reasonable prices for comfortable stay. What are promised and delivered to its guests are efficient no frill rooms. What it lacks in luxury it provides reasonableness in its service and prices.

We Had a Great Stay Here I stayed at ESA-Pleasanton for a week-long training course. The facility is clean, comfortable, and quiet; the rooms ars spacious; the heating/cooling/ventilation systems work well; the staff are friendly; there's a nice exercise room which I used every day; the Grab and Go breakfast was perfect for my needs; it's in a safe neighborhood; and there's a whole bunch of good restaurants nearby (walking distance) -- try Eddie Papa's American Hangout! And it's affordable. What more do you want?

Not bad for an overnight stay The staff was great, friendly and helpful, no complaints there. The room was not too bad. Only issue was the AC really did not work, just the fan worked. Other then that not too bad.

호텔이라기보다는 맨션입니다. 호텔인줄알았는데... 전자레인지 및 싱크대등이 모두있는 자체 취식이 가능한 맨션같네요. 방청소도 매일 하지는 않습니다. 아침도 부페같은게 아니라 특정장소에 간단한 빵 음료를 두면 가지고 자기 방에 가서 먹는 형태. 전체적으로 그냥 고만고만 하네요.

Found dirt on chair, cup and floor, some where never been cleaned.
