Pleasantly surprised Was very surprised and happy with our stay. Wanted a travel hotel for our stay leading up to our San Francisco visit and this hotel exceeded our expectations.... I would stay again... The continental breakfast needs a big improvement...only negative I have
Hotel was in a perfect location for the business I was conducting.
Nice on the outside....disappointing inside Staff friendly and courteous. Rooms were cramped, NO extras (coffee maker, cups, utensils, dishes, etc.) in kitchenette unless requested. Water pressure VERY low, could barely rinse shampoo! Fold out bed NOT recommended to use, mattress had springs protruding and was stained, also, no bedding included unless requested. All request items must be picked up at the front desk, so make sure to order everything while checking in to avoid return trips down stairs in your PJ's! Also, break... read more
LOVED IT!!! Love it!, Loved it!, LOVED IT!! The gal that checked us in was sweet, there are all kinds of grocery stores to get your food to take back to your room and cook. You do get 2 plates, 2 spoons, 2 cups, etc. However, if you need more just ask. We LOVE it! We're already making plans to go back. **IDEA** Have "room service" for things like salt, pepper, paper towels, etc.

Review Frustrated I couldn't get clean sheets when there was blood on them.
Not bad. Our over all stay was good. The staff was very friendly and very quick when we asked for more towels and blankets. The drawers in the bathroom area were a little worn but that's expected. Our room was nice and clean and didn't smell bad. I would stay here if I needed to be in the area again.
Pleasant in Pleasanton We had two separate stays in one month at this hotel. The rates were very reasonable. Staff was amazing and helpful.
It was a smoking room and there were no ash trays in the room.
