I would not even give this property a star at all if possible. Gross, drug haven, filthy grounds, worn down everything. If it had not been so late and I was so exhausted I would have driven on and found another place. I only stayed long enough to take the edge off and drove away. Was afraid my car would be broken into or my door busted down. Did not feel safe.

When my husband went to check in they did not allow him because the WiFi was down and he had to wait almost an hour after traveling before they finally gave him a room they told us to say something in the morning

Overall the room is dirty, floor, bathroom, kitchen counter. Guess service POOR, reception on duty with no experience at all. Kitchenware mentioned in website available at reception counter, but nothing available when requested. Breakfast provided mentioned in booking, only coffee tea hot water and few muffins. I will not go this hotel again ever.

The lobby nanager was severely unprofessional. Upon asking for a refund, since he was not present to allow me to check into my room, he immediately took a stance of defense and was aggressive to me. Mind you, i had been waiting on the premises for over 7 hours and I had already alerted customer support for expedia and for Extended Stay. Not worth it If i were you, i would choose another place to stay. Room smelled of cigarettes upon arrival and fold out bed was full of stains.

Make sure the rooms are thoroughly cleaned The room smelled very strongly like a wet, dirty dog when we walked in. We found a flea in the bathroom. When we asked if we could get another room the lady said they didn't have any available. She did come and sprayed some room deodorant.
