The employee that checked me in and refunded my money was VERY VERY KIND, her name was River. She did a great job. However, the rooms are in DESPERATE NEED of updating. The rooms have been abused and SMELL TERRIBLE. PLUS, I did not feel safe with the sketchy looking guests that were there. I looked at two disgusting rooms and got my money back and left to go to a different hotel.

The room we stayed in was supposed to be a smoke-free room. THe room smelled like smoke as soon as you opened the door you could smell it. It was like someone was smoking inside as we walked in. The smell did not go away. The blankets also smelled like cigarettes.
