When I ask for rooms on the 1st floor together for someone who has issues with bursitis and mobility...AND I put in this reservation a month ago, this does not make me very happy. While one room was non-smoking, the other was clearly not. My mother has asthma. There is no way she could have stayed there. This is after having to climb up stairs. The attitude of the morning manager was less that ideal. No attempt to make it right...in any way. I like Extended Stay. I will not return to this one.

Nice large rooms with kitchen that used to be a decent place to stay. Now it’s a major drive by drug dealing danger zone!

Can do better! Very large hole in bathroom door. Went to notify front desk about the issue. They said they knew about it however they did not let me know of the damage while checking in, nor did they offer to exchange my room. The room location was in the back very noise area loud music people working own and washing cars and also smoking drugs.

It was smelly, dirty, gross, loud, and extremely uncomfortable. Will never stay there again.
