Bad housekeeping Got to room and it wasn’t clean..housekeeping must’ve skipped it as per front desk..for another room that one was clean then upon checkout noticed condom I’m trashy can..so was not completely cleaned by housekeeping..would not stay there again

The room smelled terrible, smoke smoke smoke. Hair on the toilet top. I got lost at night because i have new phone but I didn’t have internet on the new phone, so i was using my old phone for gps. But because I couldn’t open my app on the new one I didn’t get the right address. The hotel smelled like fish. The staff we're supposed to help us open our locked by them window & bring some air fresher but never showed up. And it was very dirty in the hotel

Only one person working, had to wait in lobby over 10 minutes to check in since she was away helping customer in a room. Bathroom the tub faucet didn’t go all the way to wall, 2”of just pipe.

Stinky Refrigerator didn’t work and it smelled horrible in the room. Tried to watch tv and the cable wasn’t working. Called the front desk to ask for help. The girl said she would call the cable company and call us back. Never heard a thing back! It was gross and not worth it.
