Had someone screaming in the hall sounded like it was out side my door wasn’t like the last time I stayed probably won’t stay their again

Cons: staff was cold and unreceptive. Property is shoddy and smelled like a homeless camp. Trash was in all stairwells, which is unseemly and a fire hazard. Pros: affordable Location is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Pets are welcome.
