Upon checking in the front desk somehow my reservation was interrupted and there was a glitch into acquiring my room. Expedia is an Excellent site and I never had issues with the site. It was the Hotel staff or hotel computer system that caused the mishap with my room. While sleeping and resting (after a seven hour drive and finally resting) l was interrupted by the hotel front desk clerk. Lots of shopping and restaurants - loved that it had a full kitchen and the bed was pretty comfortable. Check in and out was very easy, but disappointed that I could not pay cash for the two nights. I'm glad I had the $ in my bank account because they would not take cash. The heater was very loud and annoying (Room 130), woke me up several times during the night when it came on. This is a nice-looking property, but I was shocked to find a full kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, sink, microwave, 2-burner stove and plenty of cabinets - all of which were totally empty. There was no coffee pot, no pots or pans of any kind, no cutlery, no plates, cups or glasses. (I went back to my RV which was being worked on near by and got what I needed rather than invest in one of their "kitchen packages.") Very basic. It was clean but well used, approaching shabby. Tiny room, other noises from guests readily apparent. Very difficult to find the entrance; not their problem but terrible traffic planning.
