The hotel staff were very nice and check-in was a breeze. The hotel itself is decent and I like the floor plan of the double bed room. With that being said the hotel kind of smells like a big old wet dog. I have no doubt that this is because it is a "pet friendly" hotel. Walking through the hotel hallways will set-off numerous dogs into a barking frenzy. The hotel is large and there is only 1 elevator... being at the far end carrying in luggage was a bit of a PITA. Elevator distance from rooms Wonderful room. Elevator was way to far from the room, and I will have to have a first floor room or one right near the elevator to accommodate bringing things in and out.

The room we eventually stayed in was comfortable for three adults and three children. However, we had to change rooms 3 times because of rooms not being cleaned. Imagine lugging your items a children ages 5,2, and 1 up the stairs to find a room that was not cleaned. And then telling front desk who exchange you to a room that was only partially cleaned. The third time they checked the room before sending me and my caravan to check. The next morning there was a fire alarm from someone cooking. This is absolutely no frills. ... read more

Nice outdoor pool and patio area, good for kids and pets, good price. However they don’t really include breakfast, which consisted of granola bars, oatmeal packets artificial creamer and tea bags. They ran out of coffee! They offered no fresh fruit or juices, no pastries of muffins (which were pictured), not even cold cereal. Very disappointing since we had an early track meet and hungry kids.

Everything was fine except the breakfast. This is not really a free breakfast. They put out granola bars and packets of instant oatmeal. Most were gone by 8:30 when we went downstairs. There were about 3 packs of pumpkin-flavored oatmeal and about 7 granola bars.
