staff was not as friendly. Room has no kitchen utensils for use. No booklet or info for the hotel.. e.g. instructions on where to find laundry and where to find vendors machines.

Our family of 6 stayed at the Extended Stay America hotel. Room looked bigger on the photos but it was much smaller once we got there. I think in general there is always something like and dislike about hotels. Overall we can't complain, kids used the pool in the evening. We had everything we needed. At the front desk I asked for dishes and it was provided. Simple breakfast coffee, tea, granolas, oatmeal. When breakfast muffins were all gone all we had to do is ask for more.
