Free Upgrade!’ Gary at check in was so efficient and friendly He Upgraded us to a King Room just because we requested it and one was available It was quiet and in a Safe Neighborhood We had complimentary coffee tea and muffins in morning before leaving A quick drive from Portland Airport after traveling all day

Enjoyed my stay because of the pleasant staff. There was a particular African American lady (forgot her name) that was at the front desk when we checked in. She asked what we were doing in Maine after she saw our license was from Delaware. She quickly pulled out a map and made suggestion of places for us to visit with directions. When she saw us the next day, she asked how our half marathon. She was very friendly and helpful.

Convenient to Portland at a great price. This was a great place to stay for a conference in Portland, ME. Much better priced than hotels in the city. I'm familiar with some of the budget priced Portland hotel/motels and would not consider due to issues of cleanliness, safety, and patrons. This hotel provided a great experience with a full kitchen although all I used for my short stay was the refrigerator. I will definitely stay there again. Affordable stay close to old port and the coast Everything was clean and perfect. We didnt even know there was a kitchenette, added bonus!!! Kinda strange smell in the halls, maybe a heavy cleaning product? Only bummer is no pool

Better values available in the area Grab and go “breakfast” consisted of cofee, muffins, and granola bars. Empty whiskey bottle on steps by side door. Price was higher than other local hotels that are better properties at a lower price.
