Staff was courteous and friendly, but the room and the building were in terrible condition. It felt like most features of the room were at least partially broken, including the elevator. The key card had to be reset or replaced about once a day.

The hotel seems run down and in need of a lot of tlc. Our room was very very noisy, we heard the front door banging open and close all day and night, people were chatting outside the entrance until late, we could hear the elevator door dinging all the time, and, construction workers woke us up one morning hammering in the room next door. The upstairs guest apparently had five kids and a dog in the room. Halls and public areas smelled of smoke. Dead fridge. General need for upkeep. Grab and go breakfast items stale. Had stayed here in the past, but can no longer recommend.

It was not a very good experience. We arrived there at night and were told to wait another hour because they have a system update every night from 12.30 to 1.30 am, so keep that in mind because you will not be warned about it in advance. Also the room smelled of dust from the air conditioner. Also the breakfast was very small (literally there was none). All the bedding was covered in hair and it was not pleasant.
Waited 10 mins before staff came to front desk. Room wasn’t ready, front desk staff said she needed to throw on pillow cases. Room had dog hair all over the floor. very thin walls can hear people in surrounding rooms
Sketchy neighborhood Being on a tight budget, I was pretty limited with my options. The room was pleasant and the staff was very helpful. I like the secured parking lot but was discouraged when I discovered that the gate to the parking lot was wedged open with rocks. The neighborhood is very sketchy so I didn't sleep very well thinking what was going to happen to my car.
Entering the property there was a gauntlet of smokers and people with pit bulls. The front end person was new and slow and charged me inappropriately. The room smelled terrible, like a dirty dish rag. I was given a new room which was better. Based on the experience I had, I would not recommend this place.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed. Also the stinkiest.

Never stay here. This place is not what I expected . Very disappointed,I did not feel the room was clean floor was sticky and when we wiped it the towel was very dirty. Also the bathtub was not clean.
