Worst stay ever!!! For start price of stay was not the price I was given originally when I booked, it was much more. There is only one small elevator and my handicapped husband was send to top floor carrying all the bags. Also they said breakfast was included in price, this is a lie because they do not have breakfast facilities. Trash had to be carried outside where there were numerous trash bags accumulated. Was convenient but not secure. It was weed central. Saw bag of weed in stairwell. Hit with the smell when we entered the lobby. The building was not secure. Non-guests were roaming around. Convenience, clean
Wouldn’t return Staff are extremely rude and clearly don’t like their jobs. Man at the front greeted me by saying “do you need something?”. The woman working the desk treated me like an idiot for asking if they have coffee at 10am (they don’t). I stayed at an Extended Stay in Virginia for 5 days that had coffee and snacks 24/7. The area is a little sketchy, people all over the parking lot and out back smoking weed. AC was making a weird noise that made it difficult to sleep. Fair Pets are allowed. Why are all the good, clean, hotels are becoming pet friendly so much. They need to understand there are people with severe allergies and some are afraid of dogs. Location and comfortable
Meh There was never anyone at the front desk. Took over 20 minutes waiting till someone came to check us in and then every time we passed the front desk there was no one there. Pet friendly.

If we had been staying more than 1 night we would have changed hotels. We will not stay here again. As soon as I walked in there was no one to greet us. We could hear people talking and laughing in the back. When someone finally came out, she was not very welcoming and she smelled like weed. The whole hotel smelled like weed.
