As for me and my crew, we will not return. This place is for a very specific demographic. I am not a part of said demographic. The dirty laundry, trash and filth on the floor was present from 9am to 6pm. The dirty laundry remained on the floor into the next morning as did the dirt on the carpet. It was located in a town I was visiting.

I had a bed to sleep on. Guest services are equivalent to staying at a motel 6 Extremely poorly managed. Anna will do the absolute bare minimum behind that counter. You won’t know which one is Anna because they don’t wear name tags (for a reason) From broken window blinds, stopped up toilets, broken laundry machine to a broken stove. Don’t expect assistance with any issues your room may have. You get what you pay for.

Be careful. The number of trips I had to make to the desk. The lady gave me a room that was already occupied initially when I went to the room, unknowingly and open the door I seen someone was already in there. Luckily, the person didn’t wake up and shoot me this could have been went very bad. I go back down to the desk and let her know the first room she gave me was occupied she did apologize, but that was not enough. Worst stay ever!!! For start price of stay was not the price I was given originally when I booked, it was much more. There is only one small elevator and my handicapped husband was send to top floor carrying all the bags. Also they said breakfast was included in price, this is a lie because they do not have breakfast facilities. Trash had to be carried outside where there were numerous trash bags accumulated. Was convenient but not secure. It was weed central. Saw bag of weed in stairwell. Hit with the smell when we entered the lobby. The building was not secure. Non-guests were roaming around. Convenience, clean
