Poor We got a funny smelling room. Not well cleaned, there was a kinda strange little blob and dust on shelf and we got a blanked with stains. Noise of air vent fans was very disturbing. I picked this room because of its great reviews and was really disappointed for the first time in 2 weeks of traveling around US.
Poor I was turned off by the hair on the bed and in the towels. One towel was off color, the shower mat had a stain, and one of the towels was very frayed.

A full refund and written apology couldn’t even begin to make up for the terrible experience I had. Front desk “attendant” was busy watching YouTube on her iPad instead of checking me in (presumably because there are no cameras out there to record her slacking off for her entire shift. Wish I could say it was an isolated incident but out of the 7 times J needed something from the front desk, she was there 0 times. Literally had to wander around until finding her outside. Did not stay I did not stay at hotel, staff not at front desk waited over 15 min, called out ,knocked on desk and doors
