Staff is amazing! Upon arrival I was informed that the key card machine was not working and they were unable to make any keys for new check-ins. The staff was absolutely wonderful in handling the situation. I was offered a refund or to be moved to a different hotel or to have the staff escort me to my room to open the door when I needed in. I opted to stay at the hotel anyways. The front desk clerk and security guard personally escorted all guests to their rooms in a timely manner. The room door lock system was not working. Not terrible for me since it was a spot to sleep before an early flight. But the sweet lady behind the counter seemed very stressed trying to check in multiple guest

The front desk was very happy and fun to talk to
Nice property, except the water pressure in the shower was dismal. The staff was friendly, but you have to ask for everything (ie. no hair dryers in the rooms).
