The staff was incredible and handled everything with true professionalism. However, the hotel was very, very dirty! We had to try three rooms before we could find one that was clean. Including the elevator, the entryway, the lobby, etc.! I spoke to the front desk and the manager was extremely professional and very helpful.

The first night upon check in i was given a room on the 4th floor. My aon and opened the doors to what was a filthy room(beds not made, towels on the floors, and dishes in the sink) usually i would have just left the hotel and found something better but due to me not feeling well , i stayed and was given a different room. No discount or nothing but a sorry about that. The bext room was clean but the floors were dirty, i will not recommend to anyone my experience wasnt the best

The room was very clean but the AC literally sounded like a generator and was very loud. Beds were comfy and the full kitchen was convenient. My biggest problem was that, not even after 4 hours of being in the room, a whole colony of ants had gotten into my grocery bag and ruined the fruit I just got. It was insane the amount of ants that appeared. Had to throw out the entire grocery bag and waste all of my food.
