Overall, this stay was about what you would expect for the price point. However, the customer service that I received during my stay was disappointing at best. During the entirety of my two-night stay neither my laptop, my phone or my wife's phone could you connect to the internet. We informed the front desk of this issue and they said they would be of no help but gave us a number to call instead. We called this number twice, each time being on the phone for over 45 minutes. Location was good. Room was clean but bathroom needs better lighting. No breakfast, just snacks. Coffee was good.
