The room was awesome!! We had never stayed at this branch of hotel...we loved it!! We found the hotel for us!! Room and staff were awesome!!

Clean rooms, quiet area but breakfast was not there and wifi was not accessible to me.
The staff was amazingly nice and our room was very nice, great size. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Thw bathroom was a normal bathroom, hot water, good water pressure. Two things stood out to us, the hallway on our floor didn't look to be vacuumed the 4 days we were there and in the room, there was a lot of dust under the bed. The beds are raised and with us having a small dog with us that could easily walk around under the bed, the dust made him sneeze. The hotel was new. The room was spotless and the staff was courteous. However, some amenities such as extra towels, and other things that are free at major hotels guests have to pay for at this hotel. The trade off is it next to the hospital and convenient for families that have relatives in the hospital.
