Room was to par and staff was courteous and helpful
The staff was welcoming as we checked in and explained the wifi connection, and breakfast in the morning. When exiting or entering the hotel we were acknowledged and asked if there was anything we needed.

The room was great, very clean, but I did complain about whoever was above me... they were extremely noisy both nights, and it didn't get resolved even after the front desk said that they were going to take care of it.
