John welcomed me and even remembered that I was there several weeks ago. When speaking found out that ee have a love for family and traveling.

Room was clean,we were on 4th floor. Theres no trashcans in the room but there is a trash area on each floor with two big cans. Air was great, goes as low as 65. Staff interactions were great as well.

This was our second stay in about 2 months. The person that checked us in remembered us which was nice. Room was great, we got a king size bed this time. The shower was a walk in with glass sliding doors, very nice. Only draw back was that whoever stayed before us must have had something glittery as there was still glitter on the floors and there was hair on the counter in the bathroom. Staff was fine. Room was good. Had everything as expected. Only drawback for me, is the low water pressure in the shower and the tub shifted a lot and made noise when in the shower. Not a huge issue. Beds were great. A/C was good working order.
