We had a very pleasant experience at Extended Stay in Bluffton. Staff was very helpful!

Water in the bathtub would not drain. in addition, the water was brown, coming out of the faucet. Pillows were extremely hard to sleep on. Definitely prefer feather pillows to foam. Using the nomenclature, grab and go, breakfast seems to be totally out of the ordinary. I would not say getting a packet of cereal would work well on a grab and go basis I would rate the hotel as average.

Facility and room were clean. We only stayed the night so we didn't have much staff interaction. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom, nothing in the room itself. Grab and go breakfast was fairly limited but otherwise it was a nice stay.

Excellent one night stay! It looks like a new facility. I was only staying for one night, but every kind of feature and amenity was available to me! It was comfortable, clean, and quiet.

Surprisingly Nice Stay Many times I brace myself for a tolerable stay in a hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and how well-maintained room was! I stayed only one night because I was working out of town for a couple of days, so I didn’t get to make use of the gym or laundry room. They offered a small serve yourself breakfast, which was OK.
