Pulled back the sheets to find a huge stain. Front desk was quick to bring a new set of sheets. I had to change them. Not sure what the stain was …….. creeps me out.

Don't book it! Was not given a handicapped room, the tub was so tall I couldn't get into it. I asked for a receipt upon check out and was told I couldn't get one because I booked through Hotels.com. The breakfast was gone/ closed before 8:30- the website listed it until 9:30. The room was not well cleaned.

I felt misled by the advertisement for this place. It said the room was for 4, there was a separate sitting area, breakfast included. What we got was granola bars and sour yogurt and the room just had a chair and small table. The water pressure was way too low and sprayed the entire wall. We had an issue with the room getting too hot then too cold. And definitely not enough blankets. The staff was indifferent and not helpful. The continental breakfast was not stocked and no one was around until we rang the bell.
