Staff was friendly but check-in was confusing. We had to redo the sign in three times. The initial room we were assigned was occupied when we entered it. Elevator smelled smoky. Room was clean. Only one hand towel provided.

The property was decent, the bed & room was nice, but the bed was like sleeping on bricks it was so hard & uncomfortable.Pillows had no fluff at all..You would need at least 6 of those to be comfortable when sleeping.. Toilet was so low it was like sitting on a toddler potty..Elevators were filthy..

Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. We were placed on the 6th floor which smelled awful. There were dirty towels and toilet plungers in the hallway. It reeked of cigarettes. We had a non smoking room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. The site we booked through said Queen beds, but these were double. The most of the power outlets didn’t work or they sparked when you tried to plug something in. The lights for the sink didn't work. Really nice stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Check in and out process was quick and easy. Will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was fine to sleep at for 1 night. I didn’t feel unsafe here. They don’t give you enough towels/washcloths. The room was decent and I didn’t see any bugs which was the main thing I looked for. The hotel had a smell to it but it wasn’t terrible. I’d probably stay here again.

Front desk service was not great, poor customer service and didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Was also charged over $100 more than what was listed online. The room itself provided the absolute bare minimum. Bed sheets and floor were dirty. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
