Good rooms, clean beds. Only complaint was breakfast was never mentioned despite saying there was one and when i went and looked there was only yogurt and hard-boiled eggs. Maybe I missed something?
Great staff, clean room with all necessities, no frills but highly functional. There is a ton of shopping and dining super close, including a mall. If I was going to downtown Richmond I would stay elsewhere, but closer. Again , friendly staff, clean, and a very quiet room on a Friday night!

Cheapest room in area
No frills but a good option for one night traveling.
We booked this room solely because we needed the freezer for ice packs. I’m not a super picky person after traveling into 3rd world countries, but the cleanliness of our room left a lot to be desired. The area under the shower doors was just plain gross. There was a layer of dust on a lot of flat surfaces. The walls are thin and when a group of people were up at 4:45 they woke us up repeatedly with just walking around and knocking on doors. The people checking us in were nice but I don’t think I would ever stay here again.
