Staff was terrible, the woman at the front desk was super rude with no reason, I would like to believe that she just was having a bad day, there is NO BREAKFAST unless u consider acceptable coffee and yogurt as an acceptable breakfast. And this is more personal but I had the bad luck of having my room right next to the property laundry and cleaning service were using them until 10pm it was laud and the wall next to it was literally shaking. We tried to book a room for 4 nights but were told they were sold out for Saturday night, we asked again about extending our stay when we checked in and were told by 2 different employees that they were booked up. Asked about a waiting list and were told that no one would cancel this late. So we looked else where, but saw on Friday that they now had tooms for almost 800 a night. Purposely made the reservation as it said online I could pay in cash, upon arrival they hotel required card payments only for stays of less than seven days.

Room felt too sterile, no warmth to the decore. There were spots on the floor in the bathroom and by the kichen counter that looked like dried blood. The "breakfast" was minimal. A few mini muffins and coffee. The lobby was and breakfast area were also sterile feeling. Not a pleasant place to stay.

Virginia was great to check in! She’s great! But our room had no toilet paper or tissues.
I cannot believe all the 5 star reviews on this place. My husband and I stayed here one night because it was close to a concert we were attending at the church across the way. The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. However, we were treated like absolute garbage by the staff the next morning. We were literally kicked out of our room before checkout because they had to "do maintenance" on the AC. Absolutely absurd. We will never stay at one of these establishments again.
