This was a nightmare. I booked a hotel for my 19 year old son (who was travelling for sport) on Expedia and paid for the room. When he got there they told him he could not stay because he was under 21. I spent the next hour on the phone, begging them to allow him to stay. I had to fill out an authorization form with a credit card before they “made a big exception”. The first day was good. Second day was told the hotel overbooked and my reservation (2 queen beds) was cancelled. I had no other choice but to book TWO other king rooms.

Our towels in our bathroom were stained. around 1 am the fire alarm went off for 10-15 minutes with no contact from the front desk. Called 5 times with no response for assistance and the phone in our room wouldn’t even call at all so we had to use our cell phones but still no answer after multiple attempts to contact after the alarm.

We payed over $200 to spend one night. There was no hair dryer available (you have to ask to have one brought to your room and none were available). There is no coffee pot in the room. There was no real breakfast available when they advertised a breakfast. The breakfast offered was coffee (with no cream), instant oatmeal (with no bowls or milk) and packaged muffins. Very disappointing for the price.

One night, twice the price I paid for my night on hotels.com and when I got to the hotel they made me pay for my night again. Y’all need to communicate better so people don’t have to pay twice and go through the hassle of requesting a refund.
Arrived early. Couldn't check in until 3pm due to "our" room not being ready. Sat outside for an hour. Our friends traveling w/ us arrived. Their room was ready at 3pm, ours was not. About 3:30 we got a call that a room was available, so we got to check-in. Person at desk was very nice.
