Dirty room, rusty lamp, holes in sheets, uncomfortable bed, broken vending machine

Put the incorrect dates in and they refused to give me a refund. I've spent at least 6+ nights a month in the past year at Extended Stay. However they will never get any more from me nor my co workers.

++SERIOUS HUMIDITY ISSUES HERE++ ++PLEASE READ++ Staff was fine but room smelled sooooo horrible I sprayed 1/2 bottle of body spray just to make it tolerable!! I believe there is a severe humidity problem. It was so bad we had to keep our socks on because the floors had some kind of sticky film. I had to use towels to put between my body and the sheets (front and back) because the sheets were so damp. I went to the desk and Brandon changed rooms for me but that room smelled even worse!! Only thing is they were rude and rushed us upon us getting a room after checkout while we were in the room they kept rushing us to pay or leave felt very pressed do we left.

no Paul nothing to do for the kids. The staff was very rude room service for your rooms even if he was doing them yourself was not good. The continental breakfast day offered maybe had enough for 10 people there was no coffee. There was nothing to eat there they’re overall experience was very bad. I would not recommend this chain of business to anyone and I will never stay there again. I would not recommend this property to anyone there was no pool. They did not provide the breakfast. They didn’t know housekeeping they did not want to give you towels to replace your towels when you showered. My daughter was in another room had slipped in the bathtub and fell out into the floor. They was supposed to do an incident report they did none. She heard her hip and they did not even care. They was constantly being rude and disrespectful to most of the people that were staying there I seen at least four people check... read more

⭐ 1 Star I stayed here recently for my birthday weekend and was very disappointed with the conditions. The room had a serious issue with roaches — I even opened a towel and one fell out, which was extremely unsettling. I also saw roaches near the bed and in the room itself. This made my stay very uncomfortable, and it’s not what I expected when booking a hotel. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the cleanliness issues, but until then, I cannot recommend this property to others
