Horrible. There was practically nothing for breakfast - coffee- I guess; packets of grits no butter or other garnish; no juice; HORRIBLE. No yogurt - no tea. Muffinsl & breakfast bars that were broken and stale. Bed was okay.

4th floor no elevator 96 steps to top try that 6 or 8 times a day

The elevator was not working at all (the whole stay), so we had to take the stairs. Isn't this a major violation?! They said we'd be on the third floor, I said no thanks. So they suddenly found something on the second floor. The stairs were still very steep and definitely not easy trying to carry suitcases up and down. Also, the floors were very thin - we could hear people above us running and had very heavy feet when they walk, and then occasionally we'd hear a jump and it scared the crap out of me, even woke me up from sle... read more

The bed sheets on what was supposed to be a 'clean bed' and the bath towels were stained, suggesting they had not been changed since the previous guest's stay. The floor in the room was in terrible condition; when a paper towel was wiped across it, it came up black with dirt. Additionally, the entire rug in the hallway in front of all the room doors was filthy and appeared never to have been vacuumed. Lastly, like on my last stay there almost a year ago, the elevator was STILL not working.

Had to move rooms right off the bat. TV didn’t work, phone didn’t work. Second room phone didn’t work leaky faucet. Party going on above us past midnight complained to front office. Nothing resolved walked out in the middle of the night
